King of New York Party at Juliet Supper Club the other night in New
York City. She showcased her newly colored jet black hair and wore an interesting outfit with a top hat. Kelis is definitely one interesting character. Kelis has also garnered the number one spot on the Dance/Club charts with her hit single "Acapella."Congrats Kelis, I love that song! Kelis new album, Flesh Tone, is slated to hit stores later this year.

Last month, I posted Michael Vick's response to Nicki Minaj's BET Hip Hop Awards cypher punch line "And I’m killin’ these bitches, Mike Vickin’ it up!” Mike didn't take it seriously. He actually thought it was a hot punchline. Backstage at BET's Rip The Runway Nicki Minaj issued a statement in regards to Mick's response. Nicki said, "I'm a fan of yours too and I was so happy that you were a good
sport."
Erykah Badu, who was backed by The Roots, hit Jimmy Fallon's stage to perform Erykah's new single, "Window Seat." Erykah did a phenomenal job. This song is so intoxicating, no wonder Delta Airlines wants to use it as the official boarding song. Erykah's new album "New Amerykah Part Two: Return Of The Ankh," is slated to hit stores March 30th.

Erykah Badu's latest single "Window Seat" is now Delta Airlines official boarding song for it's flights. I would have thought American Airlines would have used the track. Either way this is a huge career move. This could gain some major publicity for Erykah's new album "Part Two: Return Of The Ankh," March 30th release. I know I will be booking my next flight with just so I can hear "Window Seat." If you have not had the chance to listen to the song check it out below. *Side note* Erykah will be performing "Window Seat" on Jimmy Fallon this Wednesday.
The other day I posted that Nicki Minaj and Pooch Hall will be hosting "BET's Rip The Runway," well they have wrapped up shooting the show. Nicki was draped in Alexander McQueen from head to toe. Nicki also performed the hit song "My Chick Bad" with Ludacris and boy did she get into character. I have to say Nicki looked uber fab and I want all of the shoes she rocked, plus that cute pink dress. BET's Rip The Runway airs March 15th at 10pm.

Nicki Minaj and Pooch Hall will be hosting BET's "Rip the Runway." Top designers Tracey Reese, Tennille White, Miva, Gavin Douglass, and Protege will showcase the latest trends in fashion. There will be performances from Nicki Minaj, Estelle, and Janelle Monae, Ludacris, Big Boi, and Roscoe Dash and Soulja Boy Tell 'Em. "Rip The Runway" is set to air in the Spring. Nicki's shoe game is something serious right now. I am interested in seeing what Nicki will be wearing on the show.
